Dart Real Estate approached VMG to launch and provide original and unique digital content for social media platforms for their new Real Estate Brokerage, Provenance Properties and to build consistent, localized platforms to aid in the selling process for the luxury Kimpton Seafire Residences, the Ritz-Carlton Residences as well as other Christie's Real Estate luxury listings.

VMG came up with content scheduled that kept the PP brand sophisticated, alluring, experience-driven, luxurious yet laid-back with an air of mystique. 

The language used in copy was inclusive, to create a desire for the audience to ‘belong’ and envision living the #islandlife in the Cayman Islands.

VMG created a comprehensive, pre-approved social media schedule to ensure content was rolled out consistently, in-line with branding as well as highlighting the luxury lifestyle.

Focusing on the lifestyle, personalities and expertise of the Realtors, VMG produced video profiles as well as short lifestyle videos showcasing the luxury Cayman lifestyle and 'sneak peeks' of some of the properties. VMG also produced original photography on the ground and in the air and managed the platforms.
